Project Manager w/ Gonzalez Haase AAS
Working as Project Manager with Gonzalez Haase AAS, Beets & Roots, a 190m2 fast casual vegetarian focused restaurant, was designed and realized in Mitte, Berlin, over a project duration of four months. Developing custom made solutions for the interior and identity design from spatial planning through to furniture and graphic detailing was implemented.
As Project Manager of the design and construction it was my responsibility to oversee the project development from concept design and preliminary planning through to the detailed furniture, lighting and identity design to the realized construction execution.
